We provide advisory and litigation services in all labor law matters, with an emphasis on the business sector.
We are focused on conducting audits for contingency planning and identification of liabilities. We work with the Public Labor Ministry, both in negotiating terms of adjustment of conduct (TACs) and in defending interests in civil inquiries and public civil actions.
We have experience in
– centralizing and handling labor demands (disputes and advisory) for small and medium enterprises, analyzing and monitoring turnover to prevent conflicts and mitigate risks/liabilities; and
– leading and representing interests in requests for Judicial Cooperation of Major Debtors/Defendants, notably acting before the Regional Labor Court of the Third Region (TRT-MG).
