Our labor law practice is primarily focused on the corporate sector, with an emphasis on litigation prevention, risk management, and the strategic defense of our clients’ interests. We provide both advisory and litigation services across all areas of labor law, tailored to each client’s specific needs and aligned with best practices in human resources management.

We conduct audits to identify potential liabilities and contingencies, offering preventive assessments and effective solutions to avoid future disputes. We engage directly with the Labor Public Prosecutor’s Office, supporting clients in negotiating and monitoring Conduct Adjustment Agreements (TACs), as well as handling civil inquiries and public civil actions.

We have extensive experience in centralizing labor management for small and medium-sized enterprises, providing full support in litigation matters and ongoing legal consultancy. Our services include monitoring key HR indicators such as turnover, onboarding and termination procedures, and internal practices, helping to mitigate risks and ensure legal compliance.

Additionally, we have strong technical and strategic expertise in judicial cooperation requests involving major debtors, particularly before the Regional Labor Court of the 3rd Region (TRT-MG), with a focus on protecting corporate assets and ensuring procedural balance.
