Our work covers routine labor litigation—including mass claims and high-complexity cases—as well as preventive legal counsel and HR compliance, particularly in light of recent legislative reforms and the implementation of the e-Social system. We operate with a technical and integrated approach in identifying, preventing, and managing labor and union-related liabilities.
We are a reference in representing companies and unions in administrative and judicial proceedings involving inspections by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) and the Labor Prosecutor’s Office (MPT), including strikes, collective bargaining disputes, and institutional crisis scenarios. Our work with the MPT includes the negotiation of Conduct Adjustment Agreements (TACs), civil inquiries, and public civil actions—always guided by a technical and collaborative approach.
We also stand out in collective bargaining processes, leading negotiations and drafting agreements and conventions with a strategic mindset, modern language, and innovative solutions—particularly in sensitive areas such as outsourcing, flexible working hours, and benefits restructuring, in line with the new paradigms of labor legislation.
