Our office acts from the constitution of the entity, drafting and reformulating statutes and regulations of the entities in light of specific legislation, adjusting them to legal forms (foundation, OSCIP, association), according to their activities and social objectives, up to the structuring of the tax regime and form of administration.
We follow all routine procedures involving the legal department, such as drafting and registering minutes, norms, regulations, and any process involving legal issues, even in decision-making by the entity’s board.
